After many years of successfully manufacturing high-quality air handling components, we have gained valuable experience that has inspired us to grow further. Now, with a clear vision for the future, we are ready to take our know-how to the next level and start our own research. While our research center building is still in the planning phase, our determination to bring new solutions is already driving us forward.
What We Do and Where We Do It
Our success is built on the reliability and quality of our products, which you already know from our specialized articles. Our production facility, where we combine traditional methods with modern technological trends, forms a strong foundation for our further development. We plan to create new spaces where we will carry out research and development projects.
In addition to our own production, we closely collaborate with AkuDesign, a company that helps us push technological boundaries, and we actively cooperate with universities in Slovakia and abroad. This synergy allows us to combine practical experience with the latest theoretical knowledge, further strengthening our capacity for innovation.

With our existing experience and expertise in production, we plan to utilize modern research methods, digital tools, and collaboration with leading experts. While our new laboratory is still under development, this approach will enable us to deliver even higher quality and more reliable solutions through thorough testing and analysis.
Testing and Research Activities
Airflow Purity
Our testing capabilities will focus on:
- Measuring and analyzing air quality: We use various types of filters to verify the effectiveness of filtration systems in removing particles, dust, allergens, and microorganisms.
- Filter testing: We evaluate filter efficiency in demanding conditions, such as dusty environments and high humidity.
Testing Results and Applications
Thorough testing will allow us to:
- Verify the design and functionality of new prototypes before market launch.
- Provide objective and certified data on the parameters of developed products.
- Enhance customer trust by conducting real-world testing in professional conditions.

Research Focus for Partners
Our partnerships will focus primarily on:
- Developing new components to reduce noise levels.
- Measuring and evaluating noise test results.
- Optimizing the costs of manufacturing noise-dampening components using new materials.
- Developing algorithms for visualization, mapping, and display based on tested parameters—both for new and existing products.
- Implementing research results into manufacturing processes, including digitizing technological procedures and working drawings.
- Innovating IT infrastructure for production process management, such as introducing touch terminals and barcode systems.
Specific Research Activities
Our planned activities include:
- Designing new materials—from steel and plastics to sealing and connecting materials.
- Developing software extensions for integrating software with CNC machinery.
- Producing functional prototypes.
- Conducting leakage and pressure loss tests.
- Performing climate tests in extreme conditions (-40°C to +50°C) in a climate chamber.
- Conducting detailed test analyses.
- Producing samples for end customers.
- Preparing for mass production, with a focus on technological research for airflow solutions in ducts, noise reduction, and innovative material bonding methods (e.g., welding, spot welding, or seam welding).
- Utilizing information and communication technologies to streamline the production process.
