Shoes for the whole world

Towards the end of 2022, we approached a world manufacturer of hiking footwear. We want to use the potential of our technological capacities to maximum, so we did not hesitate to approach a customer in a sector in which TECHNOV has not yet operated. It is a large employer that employs 1,900 people in four plants in Slovakia. According to the requirements, we developed a handling cart for moving semi-finished products between individual production departments. We provided six pieces of pre-series prototypes and after incorporating the last detailed requirements and changes, we signed a contract in February for 770 pieces with an express delivery date of 12 weeks. The development and production of another atypical product opened up other possibilities for us with a new business partner, whom we convinced above all with the quality of execution and professional approach. With the planned large investment in new production halls, we have the option of supplying air ducts and atypical extractor hoods according to the customer’s request. In the field of air-conditioning, companies are implemented in the plant, which are our long-term business partners, know the environment of the plant and ensure the installation of the air-conditioning components supplied by us.
